When he moved from London to the Cotswold town of Cheltenham three years ago, Milan-born, Giovanni Alberici, brought with him a passion for traditional Italian pizza. Disappointed that Cheltenham lacked the authentic food he craved, Giovanni decided to do something about it, and created Strega Pizza, the town’s first high-end traditional Italian, pizza-delivery and takeaway outlet.
