The Cotswold Conference Centre is taking steps towards becoming carbon neutral. Sitting in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Centre is passionate about the local environment, and has planted over 20,000 trees within its grounds in the last 3 years. The Centre has also stopped the external supply of bottled water, and now sources drinking water directly from its own resevoir, saving the need for 100’s of miles of transportation.

Cotswold Conference Centre was also the first major meeting venue to exclusively use ecologically conscious Ecover products. The revolutionary cleaning products – including everything from washing powder to toilet cleaner – are used throughout the centre, while the bedrooms all contain handwash and shower gel – contained in new waste-saving dispensers – from the company’s domestic range. The products contain renewable ingredients, have high skin compatibility and are totally degradable once used, leaving no residues of unnecessary chemicals.
